Zucchini Bread

ZUCCHINI BREAD

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups zucchini
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts



Directions:

1. Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
2. Stir in oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
3. Add dry ingredients and nuts.
4. Pour into greased & floured loaf or muffin pans.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
