Puffy Dutch Pancakes

PUFFY DUTCH PANCAKES

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup milk

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour over medium heat frying pan.
3. Use spatula to bring in cooked edges to the middle of mixture as it slowly cooks. (Kind of like an omelette).
4. When liquid mixture has solidified, remove and enjoy!
